      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as Scrum Master for two or more software development teams in an Agile or SAFe environment
      - Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and team-level PI planning activities
      - Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure healthy backlogs and clear priorities
      - Identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies, and help teams navigate ambiguity
      - Coach teams toward higher levels of maturity, predictability, and self-organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Several years of experience working as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
      - Demonstrated experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously
      - Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of partners
      - Comfort working in evolving environments where priorities may shift
      - Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles in practice

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps or similar
      - Experience with Kanban or Scrumban is a plus
