      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide servant-leadership and mentorship to multiple cross-functional agile teams
      - Facilitate various agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
      - Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration and transparency
      - Address and resolve blocking issues to help teams achieve their goals
      - Collaborate with other Agile Leaders to enhance the application of Agile practices within the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years' experience as a member of an agile team, including at least 2 years as a Scrum Master, or a combined minimum of 8 years of higher education and/or work experience with similar experience
      - Background in Data
      - Familiarity with SAFe and basic Agile metrics
      - Proficiency in Jira and PowerBI
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Depth of knowledge in at least two technology team roles (e.g., project manager, business analyst, developer)
      - Prior experience fostering team self-organization and continuous improvement
      - Understanding of Agile and Lean principles and practices
      - Experience developing/managing digital capabilities
      - Understanding of Design Thinking principles
