      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance on Agile practices, facilitating continuous improvement and project success
      - Track team capacity and velocity, collaborating through various Agile ceremonies within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
      - Ensure team members understand project objectives and promote cross-functional accountability
      - Coach and provide thought leadership on Agile principles for the development team and product owners
      - Identify and mitigate external dependencies, risks, and impediments during project delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5+ years of demonstrated experience in a Scrum Master role
      - Firm understanding of the software development lifecycle and scrum principles
      - Experience with sprint planning, facilitating daily standups, and leading scrum ceremonies
      - Proven experience ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals
      - Excellent communication skills with a passion for problem-solving and conflict management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Scrum Master
      - Experience as a Scrum Master within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
      - Continued education and/or advanced degree(s)
      - Experience in environments subject to HIPAA and/or PCI regulations
      - Technology delivery experience
