Serve as a servant leader and Scrum process owner for one or more Agile development teams
Enable teams to focus on delivering value by removing impediments and minimizing distractions
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Partner with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-refined and ready for upcoming sprints
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices
Assess and guide Scrum maturity across teams at a sustainable pace
Promote a safe, transparent, and collaborative team environment
Support effective communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution
Improve visibility and transparency through Agile metrics and information radiators
First-level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM, or equivalent)
Minimum of 3 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role on a software development team
Strong understanding of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement
Ability to distinguish Scrum practices from non-Scrum practices
Experience with Agile delivery techniques such as Epics, User Stories, Velocity, and Burndown metrics
Working knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP, or SAFe
Experience supporting medical device or regulated software development, including documentation
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Based in or able to work from India (remote/hybrid options available)
