      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team to deliver working software products through an incremental approach while removing impediments
      - Support the team in achieving daily, iteration, and release goals and delivery objectives
      - Implement and improve Agile/Scrum principles and practices
      - Assess and coach teams on Agile maturity to enhance performance
      - Facilitate positive team dynamics and protect the team from outside influences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - US citizenship is required
      - Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
      - Ability to pass a Tier 2 MBI background investigation
      - Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills
      - Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced Scrum Master certifications
      - Several years of experience leading Agile teams
      - Experience in application development and supporting Federal government projects
      - Familiarity with modernization and cloud initiatives
      - Ability to contribute to innovative principles and ideas in a dynamic environment
