      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as Scrum Master for 3 - 4 Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile values and principles
      - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives
      - Coach teams on Scrum and Kanban methodologies to enhance their Agile practices
      - Anticipate and resolve issues that may arise, coordinating team resources effectively
      - Update Agile tracking systems to ensure transparency and measure team commitments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience as a Scrum Master
      - Scrum Master certification
      - Strong understanding of Scrum techniques and associated artifacts
      - Minimum of 3 years of combined technology development experience in a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Developer role
      - Outstanding communication and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven successful experience in converting development teams to Agile processes
      - Demonstration of knowledge of various Agile techniques such as SAFe
      - Experience leading and driving complex, time-critical software development projects
