      Job Description:

      Responsibilities:
      • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles.
      • Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines.
      • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership teams.
      • Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
      • Oversee integration tasks, particularly with HL7 and Managed File Transfer technologies.
      • Work within healthcare settings, preferably with knowledge of health hospital applications.
      • Track progress of interface delivery and coordinate daily calls with the development team.
      Qualifications:
      • 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar role.
      • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
      • Previous experience in integration technologies such as HL7 and Managed File Transfer in a healthcare setting.
      • Preferred knowledge of hospital applications and EHR systems.
      • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
      • Ability to work remotely and align with Central Time Zone working hours.
      • PMI certification preferred but not required.
      • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
