What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile best practices across teams
- Manage complex team dynamics and ensure effective collaboration with technology and business partners
- Utilize various delivery frameworks/methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
- Oversee user story and product backlog management while ensuring continuous integration and deployment
- Expertly utilize Agile tools such as JIRA, Rally, and Confluence to enhance team performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Proven ability to handle complex teams and/or multiple teams
- Scrum Master Certification
- Knowledge and experience with various delivery frameworks/methodologies, including SAFe and Kanban
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving Agile best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical experience and Care Management experience
- Product knowledge relevant to the digital technology industry
