      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and facilitate scrum meetings, including PI Planning, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups, and Demos, while removing any blockers
      - Foster collaboration, transparency, and innovation within a cross-functional Agile software development team
      - Promote Agile quality practices and act as a resource for questions across organizations
      - Advise government personnel on process standardization improvements
      - Maintain detailed project documentation, including user stories, sprint backlogs, release notes, and process workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field
      - Proven experience leading an Agile development team, including automating application deployments
      - Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar)
      - Experience facilitating briefings to senior leadership and capturing action items from meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SAFe Certified Scrum Master
      - Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and Kanban agile methods
      - Ability to obtain government clearance
      - Experience with large-scale software development and data management projects
      - Experience creating and maintaining documentation such as mapping documents and manuals
