      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate team progress toward goals and improve team performance in areas such as quality, predictability, and velocity
      - Eliminate impediments and address issues to improve the likelihood of achieving objectives
      - Improve communication and relationships with other teams to enhance flow and throughput
      - Support the Product Owner in backlog management and guide the team in prioritization and scope
      - Nurture a Lean-Agile mindset in the team, leadership, and the program

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
      - SAFe Scrum Master Certification preferred
      - Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) required
      - 5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum/Lean/SAFe practices and methodology
      - Knowledge of Lean Agile values, principles, and frameworks
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize work and manage conflicts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban practitioner
      - Experience in a SAFe Agile Release Train
      - Knowledge of Product Ownership, DevOps, and Test Automation practices
