What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure value delivery for health insurance clients
- Coach and mentor teams, especially those new to Agile, to enhance understanding and execution
- Customize Agile methodologies based on team maturity and business goals, utilizing Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data Science, QA, and Business Operations for effective delivery
- Guide teams in adopting new workflows and improving processes through retrospectives and metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
- Proven experience leading Agile delivery in complex environments
- Ability to coach and mentor teams with varying levels of Agile maturity
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in data-heavy environments with cross-functional product teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare, particularly in payment integrity or working with health insurance carriers
- Familiarity with HIPAA and data security considerations
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or ICAgile
- Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Miro
- Exposure to Lean principles or organizational change management
