What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Scrum events to enhance productivity and deliver value to customers
- Coach Agile team on SAFe principles and practices for continuous improvement
- Support Product Owner in managing backlog and guiding team to higher scrum maturity levels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and ability to adapt to unique environments
- Experience with Agile Project Management Tools like JIRA and/or Agility/VersionOne
- Strong communication and leadership skills to influence and motivate teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of various patterns and techniques for enhancing the Scrum approach
- Familiarity with handling bugs and utilizing Burndown techniques
- Experience in facilitating PI Planning events
