      • Mentor Product Owners, engineers and stakeholders on agile practices.
      • Foster a culture of psychological safety, transparency, and continuous improvement.
      • Actively remove impediments and escalate blockers across organizational boundaries.
      • Support CI/CD practices adapted for traceability, re-producibility and regulatory auditability.
      • Track and communicate progress using flow-based metrics (predictability, throughput, lead time).
      • Facilitate retrospectives that address not only team performance but also system safety and regulatory outcomes.
      • Drive incremental organizational change aligned with enterprise agility.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
      • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM); SAFe RTE a plus.
      • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including at least 2 years in large-scale agile programs.
      • Experience in safety-critical or regulated industries (aviation, rail, defense, healthcare).
      • Knowledge of ED-109/DO-278A and safety-critical software standards desirable.
      • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

      Essential / Desirable Traits
