What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Determine and manage issues, bugs, risks, and action items within the development process
- Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
- Monitor progress and performance to help teams improve planning and delivery
- Communicate project deliverables and status reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Maintain collaborative partnerships with the Product team and oversee project schedules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
- Certified Scrum Master; SAFe certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience with JIRA and in a similar role as a scrum master
- 3 years of experience in IT, project management, or a related field
- Strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities

- Familiarity with project management software
