What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make 40+ outbound sales calls each day to potential guests interested in cruise vacations
- Build and maintain relationships with guests to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Manage your database effectively, contacting guests at optimal times with tailored messages
- Utilize exceptional listening skills and ask qualified discovery questions to close sales
- Meet performance metrics and objectives consistently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong sales skills and a proven track record in sales
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with Excel and Outlook preferred
- Commitment to an 8-week training period and a 12-month position post-training
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales role within the travel or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software
- Experience working remotely and managing time effectively
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
- Passion for travel and knowledge of cruise products
