What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the sales training for new hire agents within the consumer programs department
- Develop and administer specialized coaching programs for agents below productivity measures
- Collaborate with managers and sales supervisors to track and enhance sales performance, focusing on booking conversion and upselling
- Create effective channels to gather consistent sales feedback from coaches and agents
- Research travel industry trends to develop coaching tools and reactive measures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Education
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service and sales experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated coaching and presentation experience in a sales environment
