What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional customer service through a remote call center while managing multiple client queues
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently as assigned
- Monitor and update customer and employee schedules, conducting reviews during audits
- Collaborate with team members to ensure adequate phone coverage and availability
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and provide information to employees calling in
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently from home with a reliable internet connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools
