What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve customer questions, complaints, and requests primarily via phone calls and e-mail
- Process customer orders over the phone
- Educate and/or sell products to customers
- Perform data entry using Windows and cloud-based software
- Engage in creative problem-solving to enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available for scheduled work shifts between Monday and Friday from 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM PT
- Exceptional phone and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and using software applications
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Committed to providing superior customer experiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions
- Passion for footwear products and customer engagement
