      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school degree with a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a customer service-related field
      - Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
      - Ability to work remotely in a professional and secure environment
