What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze customer order data to manage and track the fulfillment process of digital products
- Strategize with school and district administration on the best integration solutions to meet their objectives
- Lead virtual training sessions for customers on onboarding and implementing digital products
- Act as a liaison between school district representatives, sales, tech support, and product development teams
- Analyze support ticket and product usage data to identify trends and recommend improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an implementation, digital product development, or account management role in educational technology
- Familiarity with K-12 rostering, SIS, and LMS solutions
- Excellent MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis features
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience in K-12 education and/or K-12 EdTech
