What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and process all leave requests, including FMLA, ADA, paid and unpaid leaves, and personal leaves
- Communicate leave policies and procedures to employees and managers
- Maintain accurate leave records and ensure timely documentation
- Provide guidance to employees on the leave application process
- Coordinate with employees, HR, and management to address concerns and offer support during leave
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience in leave of absence management or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other relevant leave laws and regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
