      - Salary of $17.00 per hour
      - Performance-based incentives available
      - $500 bonus after training completion and one month of work
      - $2,500 bonus paid at the end of the assignment upon meeting performance expectations

      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and respond to telephone and written inquiries from customers to ensure timely resolution of issues
      - Provide accurate information to customer inquiries in accordance with inquiry accuracy standards
      - Educate customers on HealthEquity products, including Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
      - Advocate for customers by identifying their needs and guiding them to appropriate programs and resources
      - Assist and educate Health Guides through complex spending account issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalency
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - One to two years of customer service experience is a plus
      - Proven PC navigation and data entry skills
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
