What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor exceptions reporting and communicate any anomalies to the Senior Manager of Operations-Strategic Accounts
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and escalate as necessary for timely resolution
- Accurately enter and manage data into Salesforce for case management operations
- Develop and maintain routine and ad-hoc reports using tools like Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support team productivity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred, but not required
