What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service by adhering to the employer's customer service programs
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals set by the company
- Participate in store maintenance, including merchandising, signage, and cleanliness
- Protect company assets in accordance with retail policies
- Assist with restocking and resetting merchandise as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to read and operate a computer
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead
- Willingness to stand for up to 100% of the work time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in retail or customer service roles
- Familiarity with visual merchandising standards
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
