  The Amazon operations team is looking for Lead Fulfillment Associates with a strong record of achieving results to join the expanding team supporting operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers. Lead Fulfillment Associates hold various roles within the Fulfillment Center including, but not limited to: Trainer, Process Assistant and Shipping Clerk. All role types will include performing production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks. Lead Fulfillment Associates will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them and keeping their work areas safe.

  -You may be asked to work on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet, or on powered equipment (forklift, cherry picker, etc.)
  
  -You may be asked to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and push, pull, squat, bend and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
  
  For this role, you will need to be:
  
  -At least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the United States
  
  -Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
  
  -AR/Fast Certified, or be able to pass an AR/Fast Assessment following AR/Fast Training course
  
  -Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach

  Key job responsibilities
  Smooth operator. Helping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties and communicating with internal and external suppliers. Escalates barriers to Operation leaders. Drives and executes standard work in the areas of Safety, Quality and Productivity to meet daily operational goals.
  
  We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
  
  Coppell, TX, USA- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  - High school or equivalent
  - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  - Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required- Prior Process Assistant or Seasonal Process Assistant
