What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Treat all customers and employees with respect, contributing to a positive work environment
- Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs
- Engage with customers to drive sales through suggestive selling techniques
- Enhance customer experience by utilizing all omnichannel offerings
- Support various store operations including sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Strong customer-focused service mindset on and off the sales floor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Flexibility to work various shifts including holidays, evenings, and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a retail environment
- Familiarity with retail technology and operational processes
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
