What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs
- Support the overall shopping environment, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the store
- Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, maintaining a well-presented sales floor
- Help the store team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals
- Address guest questions and concerns, escalating issues to a store keyholder when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store unassisted for at least 8 hours per day

- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and writing skills
- Possess an outgoing and friendly personality with strong guest service skills
- Ability to follow instructions in written, oral, and diagram form
- Experience achieving objectives in a fast-paced environment
