      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and monitor security standards and best practices for the organization's Security Awareness program
      - Conduct security awareness training sessions through various formats such as workshops, webinars, and e-learning
      - Create engaging content related to cybersecurity topics, including newsletters, posters, and videos
      - Plan and execute security awareness campaigns to promote key initiatives and secure behaviors
      - Assist in investigations and responses to security incidents, providing insights into employee-related security issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent
      - Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey security concepts to diverse stakeholders
      - Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Cyber Security Certifications (e.g., CISSP, GIAC certifications, etc.)
      - Understanding of CIS Critical Controls, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001 frameworks
      - Demonstrated experience in implementing security awareness controls outlined in industry frameworks
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a team setting
      - Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks
