What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and implement security policies across the organization, including third-party vendor assessments and incident management
- Ensure the security and safety of all business information both at rest and in transit
- Conduct vulnerability reviews and manage infrastructure security, including firewall and VPN maintenance
- Analyze security breaches to determine root causes and mitigate identified issues
- Provide quarterly security assessment reviews and manage security awareness training for employees
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of Cybersecurity, GRC, and Endpoint Management experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience configuring/securing Linux/Windows endpoints and environments
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Experience with AWS, GCP, and other cloud infrastructure environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Ethical Hacker certification
- Experience with NIST/ISO 27001 security frameworks
- Experience working in the FinTech and/or Cryptocurrency space
