What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain the System Security Plan (SSP) and Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M)
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure compliance with security controls
- Manage Cloudflare's continuous monitoring program and collect evidence for audits
- Provide subject-matter expertise on FedRAMP requirements
- Guide the overall security policy and governance architecture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Security Compliance
- Familiarity with NIST 800-53 control families and FedRAMP requirements
- Ability to work closely with auditors and articulate technical concepts
- Experience in auditing network, operating system, and application security
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CISSP, CIPP, CIPM, CIPT certification is a plus
