What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Secure and enhance the identity ecosystem by working with identity providers and IT Engineering’s Identity squad
- Collaborate on identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and automation of identity processes
- Act as “customer zero” by using and improving identity-related products, providing actionable feedback to product teams
- Develop and maintain configuration standards for identity platforms and address configuration drift
- Support identity-related projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with security and business requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5 years of combined experience in IT or security, focusing on corporate or enterprise identity management
- Hands-on experience with identity providers such as Okta, Google Workspace, or Azure AD, including SSO and MFA
- Strong understanding of identity security fundamentals, including RBAC and access governance
- Experience in a remote-first environment with knowledge of conditional access policies and device posture signals
- Proficiency in scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Bash, Terraform)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SOAR platforms (Tines, Torq, Splunk) is a plus
- Experience dogfooding security or identity products internally to enhance both internal use and customer value
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
