      Senior SailPoint Engineer – Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

      We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SailPoint Engineer with hands-on expertise delivering SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.

      The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, integration, and deployment of SailPoint’s SaaS-based identity governance platform, working closely with architecture, security, and business teams to support enterprise IAM modernization initiatives.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Lead end-to-end implementation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) including configuration, integration, testing, and go-live support

      • Design and develop IAM workflows, policies, roles, certifications, and lifecycle automation in ISC

      • Integrate ISC with enterprise applications including Active Directory, HRIS platforms (PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP), cloud platforms (Azure AD, AWS, GCP), and other critical systems including RACF

      • Configure and optimize Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, access requests, and role-based access controls (RBAC)

      • Develop and maintain identity connectors, including REST-based and out-of-the-box connectors

      • Provide leadership in IAM best practices, security controls, and compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI, HIPAA, NIST)

      • Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, translate into technical solutions, and support user adoption

      • Troubleshoot performance issues, support platform upgrades, and manage continuous improvements

      • Mentor junior engineers and support peer code reviews & architecture reviews • Prepare documentation including design specs, integration guides, testing strategies, and operational runbooks Qualifications Required

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent work experience

      • 5+ years Identity & Access Management (IAM) engineering experience

      • 3+ years hands-on SailPoint experience with proven delivery of enterprise deployments

      • Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (formerly SaaS IdentityIQ / IIQ to Cloud migration)

      • Strong scripting/programming skills (Java, Beanshell, JavaScript, Python or similar)

      • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, SQL

      • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and HR systems integration

      • Experience implementing Identity governance, provisioning, certification campaigns, access request workflows

      • Deep understanding of IAM concepts, including RBAC, ABAC, provisioning, directory services, and SSO

      • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills Preferred

      • SailPoint Professional Certification(s) for ISC or IIQ

      • Hands-on experience migrating from SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to ISC

      • Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta, or similar identity platforms

      • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

      • DevOps / CI-CD familiarity (Git, Jenkins, Terraform is a plus)

      • Experience with privileged access integration / CyberArk is a bonus Key Competencies
