- Patrol hotel premises to ensure safety and security of guests, employees, and assets.
- Respond to calls for assistance and support hotel operations with a safety-first mindset.
- Investigate incidents involving guests, associates, or property, and document findings thoroughly.
- Assist sick or injured guests or associates and ensure proper reporting and follow-up.
- Monitor security systems, maintain accurate logs, and manage incident documentation.
- Support fire safety and alarm system checks and monitor access points throughout the property.
- $17.00-$18.70/hour
- Calm, reliable, and customer-service oriented individuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior security or loss prevention experience is a plus.
