What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare functional specifications for assigned projects, including test plans and execution of test cases
- Assist in research analysis to ensure the accuracy of functional design for assigned projects
- Meet with business clients to discuss application changes related to business initiatives or compliance requirements
- Collaborate with engineers to drive successful project outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of technology solutions in banking

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of combined higher education and/or operational/business analytics experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software packages
- Proven problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience as a subject matter expert in business with knowledge of the supported applications
- Familiarity with project management, word processing, and spreadsheet applications
- Understanding of the Bank's application framework and relevant conversion experience
- Ability to multitask on various components of moderately complex to complex projects
