The role of the Security Liaison is to enhance the Business Jet experience with clients through day-to-day operations while upholding the safety standards of the company, airport, and TSA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Regulate pedestrian traffic onto the flight line in compliance with company and TSA regulations.
• Guard, monitor and vet access to restricted areas.
• Be an extension of the customer service team and work with other departments to assist in line and CSR duties and overall customer experience
• Assist customers with tasks such as, but not limited to, escorting and shuttling baggage to aircraft
• Maintain a professional, tidy, and supplied lobby for customers
• Build knowledge on both Business Jet Center and Business Jet Services properties and assist with education as needed
• Ensure a safe environment through a team effort of diligent active patrol, strict access control, monitoring, and equipment control
• Be visible and observant at all times, greeting staff, guests, and vendors in a courteous and attentive manner
• Maintain the company’s reputation with professionalism and legal compliance
• Collaborate with security team for effective protection and coverage
• Assist and handle urgent issues that may arise, utilizing available resources to provide solution focused results and seeking assistance if needed
• Must be flexible with work hours and shift coverage
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualification Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Security, Aviation Experience or applicable customer service work experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to listen and learn
  
• Ability and willingness to accept frequent changes
• Basic knowledge of company, airport, and TSA rules and guidelines
  
• First Aid/CPR preferred
• Ability to attain Love Field Badge
• Valid Driver’s License
