      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform deep-dive security reviews of smart contracts, protocols, and blockchain infrastructure
      - Analyze protocol designs to identify attack surfaces across various DeFi primitives and systems
      - Provide actionable recommendations with clear technical and business impact assessments
      - Reproduce exploits, write proofs of concept, and contribute patches as needed
      - Publish post-mortems, technical articles, and internal reports to foster knowledge sharing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience working on or auditing complex smart contracts with a strong familiarity with Solidity and EVM behavior
      - Proven ability to model systems end-to-end and approach problems from first principles
      - Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with security researchers and protocol developers
      - Detail-oriented with the ability to produce clear and rigorous technical writeups
      - Credible background with contributions to open-source projects, security research, or audits

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Deep understanding of the EVM and Solidity, with experience auditing production smart contracts
      - Familiarity with cross-chain protocols, bridging, rollups, or ZK systems
      - Track record of identifying high-impact bugs in bounties, audits, or competitions
      - Experience with Ethereum security tooling such as Foundry, Echidna, or Slither
      - Contributions to open-source security tooling or security publications and talks
