What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with team members and business units to enhance the Salesforce CRM platform
- Address security and identity management needs while implementing scalable solutions
- Analyze and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with security best practices

- Utilize data to improve decision-making processes across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, engineering, or math-related field, or equivalent experience
- Technical experience with Salesforce administration
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and solutions
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud technologies
- Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies
- Understanding of Object-Oriented design and coding principles
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (or Advanced Administrator)
