- Req#: 70941
- Provides security and safety to the hotel/casino, all employees and guests of the hotel/casino complex.
- Guards all transfers of monies and chips on the casino floor as well as the physical transportation of hopper fills, chip fills and credits.
- Operates card and dice destruction room.
- Monitors property/casino entrances, checks for underage gamblers and coordinates any suspicious activities with security management.
- Conducts Security investigations and completes appropriate reports using iTrak.
- Handles guest questions with professionalism and courtesy.
- Operates digital and analog CCTV equipment.
- Mans Security Command Post as required.
- Demonstrates Family Style Service at all times.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year casino/hotel security experience required.
- Must be able to handle all types of customer related situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to investigate incidents and complete written reports as instructed.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Intellex.
- Must have keen observational skills.
- Must have ability to obtain CPR certification.
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act, as well as company and internal controls, policies and procedures.
