      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Submit Visit Authorization Request (VAR) paperwork and supporting documentation to verify contractor clearances
      - Manage new employee onboarding and maintain employee clearances in DISS/NBIS
      - Complete and submit Common Access Card paperwork for base access
      - Monitor compliance with DISS/NBIS and ensure security clearances do not expire
      - Report security issues and assist with investigations as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of relevant experience
      - Familiarity with MS Office tools, SharePoint, and various security systems (DISS, NBIS, etc.)
      - Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to multitask and problem solve in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Thorough working knowledge of the NISPOM and relevant DoD security guidance
      - Experience with FSO Program Management for Non-Possessing Facilities
