What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or similar
- 5 or more years of project management experience
- Technical background with understanding of SDLC, Data Security, and Privacy
- Experience working with engineering and cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Programming experience or work experience in managing engineering teams
- Experience with Agile Methodologies
- Knowledge of scripting and/or AI/Automation
- Tailoring PMO standards and processes for engineering teams
