What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage
- Educate clients on policy options and help them make informed decisions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Maintain relationships with clients and provide ongoing policy support
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Life and/or Health Insurance License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive for success
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous remote sales experience encouraged
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in a sales role, particularly in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
