What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical expertise in property and casualty analytics, including ModMaster and property valuations
- Review insurance contracts for compliance and recommend improvements
- Utilize benchmarking to optimize clients' insurance programs
- Mentor and train sales associates on analytics and technical knowledge
- Collaborate with internal partners and external customers to enhance products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of property & casualty experience with an insurance brokerage
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must hold a Property & Casualty insurance license
- Experience interpreting and complying with various contractual coverage requirements
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Broad knowledge of analytics software including ModMaster, NCCI, and ReferenceConnect
- Ability to develop proactive risk mitigation plans using claim reviews and loss control recommendations
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively
