What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical expertise and support to property and casualty regional sales teams
- Assist in analytics, including property valuations, claims analysis, and benchmarking
- Review contracts for compliance with insurance requirements and recommend improvements
- Mentor and train sales associates on analytics and technical knowledge
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance product offerings and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of property and casualty experience with an insurance brokerage
- Must hold a Property & Casualty insurance license
- Comprehensive knowledge of risk management, claims, and analytics software
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience interpreting contractual coverage requirements
- Ability to develop proactive risk mitigation plans
- Familiarity with agency automation systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
