What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development and delivery of technical coaching on company products and technologies
- Streamline processes and procedures to eliminate rework and reduce productivity variations
- Provide side-by-side support to reinforce classroom learnings through training and coaching
- Collaborate with managers to identify technical coaching needs and deliver timely issue resolution
- Analyze quality performance and implement coaching to improve individual and team quality metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Proven experience in Presale with strong technical ability
- Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
