What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct quarterly in-person evaluations on members enrolled in the Personal Preference Program
- Develop and review member-specific cash management plans and budgets
- Monitor monthly cash expenditures to ensure budget compliance
- Maintain timely documentation of in-home visits and member communications
- Educate members on safety tips and notification requirements for changes in condition
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a health insurance industry or professional business-related field
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is helpful
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- LPN or healthcare background
- Equivalent and relevant professional experience in budgeting or finance
- Experience with MS Office and other workforce management solutions
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to visit a diverse population of participants in their homes
