      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
      • At least 3 years of experience in Property Management
      • Knowledge of Yardi Voyager, preferred but not required
      • Construction accounting/management is a real plus
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
      • Excellent organizational skills
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Credit, background and drug test required
      Responsibilities:
      • GL input (receipts and journal entries) and analysis
      • Payroll processing
      • Rent Checks Processing in Yardi Payment Processing
      • Bank Reconciliation
      • Assist in budget development and loading into Yardi
      • Inter company billing and reimbursements
      • Prepare standard accounting and financial reports for Management
      • Special Projects to assist the Controller and the Director of Property Management
