What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process vendor invoices daily, ensuring accuracy and appropriate coding in the system
- Manage vendor onboarding and serve as the primary liaison for vendor inquiries
- Oversee distribution and administration of company-issued credit cards, and review employee expense reports
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate ledgers, supporting month-end close activities
- Assist in preparing year-end 1099 reporting and maintain documentation for audit readiness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of W9/W8/1099 requirements and year-end reporting
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Ramp software is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with internal controls and audit standards
- Proven ability to manage reconciliations and maintain vendor relationships
