      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy in financial information entry
      - Oversee vendor payment issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolutions
      - Handle sensitive, high-value invoices with attention to detail and quick turnaround
      - Manage both domestic and international payments while adhering to regulations
      - Monitor assigned email inboxes and connect with vendors to resolve payment inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2-4 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a public company
      - At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist
      - Ability to deliver process improvements proactively
      - Strong attention to detail and understanding of basic financial concepts
      - Proficiency in Excel and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience with internet, e-commerce, or media companies
      - Recent experience with major ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday Financials)
      - Effective interpersonal and team collaboration skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
