What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the accounts payable process and ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices
- Maintain the Accounts Payable Mailbox by ensuring prompt responses to all inquiries
- Prepare IRS 1099s for all eligible vendors and file appropriate reports with the IRS
- Manage the end-to-end travel and expense reimbursement process with Concur, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense functions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- SAP S4/HANA, Coupa, and SAP Concur experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote hybrid work environment
