      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop streamlined tools and perform quantitative analyses to support reserving accuracy and optimize insurance program structure
      - Build and maintain dashboards for in-depth loss analysis and actuarial indication
      - Refine monthly performance reporting and support automation of workflows with senior actuaries
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs on schedule
      - Gather and reconcile data from various sources to support actuarial analyses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of experience in a quantitative or analytics role within the insurance industry
      - Understanding of statistical analysis including hypothesis testing, regression, and familiarity with statistical packages
      - Experience managing relationships with partners across all organizational levels
      - Completed at least 5 actuarial exams
      - Strong Excel (or Google Sheets), SQL, and experience with ETL and Python (or R) preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience working with or for a gig or sharing economy company
      - Experience in reserving and pricing and working with commercial auto insurance
